The PROBONO Horizon 2020 project is innovating ways to process, structure, and utilize knowledge in sector-specific approaches, focusing on health resilience in Green Building Neighbourhoods (GBNs). A task team conducted a feasibility experiment titled "Creating Knowledge Graphs from the Literature: The Case of Health Resilience in GBNs," using new technology to enhance literature review and community resilience.

The team reviewed state-of-the-art GBN interventions to mitigate contagious disease outbreaks and developed a Knowledge Graph (KG) using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other technologies. This KG consolidates scientific literature, summarizing research in a usable form and demonstrating the potential for extensive domain-specific knowledge bases.

The technical process involved tools like GROBID, Owlready2, vector databases, NLTK, and Spacy for data preparation, theme extraction, entity recognition, and text processing. This approach allows for comprehensive mapping of key risks, stakeholders, technologies, and mitigation measures.

Future steps include integrating robust graph management solutions and enriching the semantic content of the graph. This ongoing research aims to provide valuable insights and frameworks for public health and sustainability in GBNs.
