Senior Investment Advisor for Green Projects, QPQ International
Lada has over 20 years of experience in strategic business development, focusing on investment management in climate change themes. Since 2011, she has led sustainable and impact-driven energy investments, managing funds such as the European Energy Efficiency Fund (www.eeef.eu) with over €200 million in energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, and renewable energy projects across nine EU countries. Lada played a crucial role in pioneering investments in Smart City Santander (Spain) and University Hospital Orsola Malpighi (Italy). At QPQ International, she specializes in project feasibility assessment and investor relations. She holds degrees from the Moscow Finance Academy and the Australian National University and is fluent in Russian, German, English, Spanish, and French.
Joost Declerck
Energy Efficiency Promoter, Belfius Bank
Joost specializes in energy efficiency financing solutions for public, social profit, and corporate clients at Belfius Bank. His extensive experience includes implementing the Private Finance for Energy Efficiency Program in collaboration with the European Investment Bank in Belgium and leading the Elena Programme to fund energy-efficient and renewable energy projects. Previously, he served as Deputy Manager at Belfius Lease, focusing on renewable energy investments. Joost holds a Master of Law from Leuven University.
