ENPOWER, a Smart Energy Cluster member, invites stakeholders to join its capacity building programme designed to help actors replicate and scale tested technical solutions and social approaches from the ENPOWER project. The curriculum spans four modules, energy communities, digital solutions, citizen activation, and social engagement, delivered online and in person.
