This session will explore how data-driven tools, digital marketplaces, and innovative business models, such as those developed by the ENERGATE project, can bridge this gap between renovation potential and real investment. It will also investigate the role HVAC systems play in delivering both energy and non-energy benefits, such as comfort and health, while keeping renovations affordable and inclusive.
